Recognizing Character in Others	CHARACTER COUNCIL of RED RIVER VALLEY
Ms. Gloria Cooper Age 15 Paris, Texas Author of the monthly Character Column editorials for the Paris News.	DILIGENCE Gloria Cooper was honored at the May 1, 2006 meeting of the Character Council. A photographer from the Paris News was present as Miss Cooper was awarded a certificate by the CCRRV commending her for displaying the character quality of Diligence. Gloria has written the character column  for the Paris News for the last year and one half.
